Accreditations

NDIS

During the year, Connect Health & Community continued its work under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), providing support services for residents in Melbourne's east and south-east.

Expert and tailored allied health services were provided to children, adolescents and adults across a range of disciplines including therapeutic supports, early intervention for early childhood, exercise physiology and personal wellbeing activities.

Within the year, we achieved full accreditation under the Victorian Early Childhood Intervention Standards.

NSQHS

Connect Health & Community is fully accredited to the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).

The NSQHS Standards aim to ensure patient safety and improve the quality of Australian health care services.

We are measured against the NSQHS Standards annually.

Our next audit is scheduled for November 2019 where we will be measured against both NSQHS and the NSMHS (Mental Health Standards).
